By purchasing or downloading any Empa3D product, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Refunds are handled by Paddle, our authorized payment processor, and are provided at Paddle’s discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

Paddle may refuse refund requests in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
